What is the Magic Pelvic Chair?

The Magic Pelvic Chair is a revolutionary, non-invasive treatment that uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to stimulate deep pelvic floor muscle contractions — far beyond what traditional exercises can achieve. Each session is equivalent to performing thousands of Kegel exercises, all while you remain fully clothed and comfortably seated in a private room.

All treatments are carried out in a private room.

How Does It Work?

During your treatment, you simply sit on the chair while it emits focused electromagnetic energy to target and contract the pelvic floor muscles. These powerful contractions trigger muscle remodelling, strengthening the pelvic floor from within. Sessions typically last 28–30 minutes, are completely painless, and require no downtime.

Benefits

  • Strengthens and tones pelvic floor muscles
  • Improves bladder control and reduces urinary incontinence
  • Supports postpartum recovery and restoration
  • Enhances core stability and posture
  • Boosts confidence and quality of life
  • Non-invasive, no surgery, no recovery time
  • Suitable for all body types and fitness levels
  • Results typically felt after just 1–3 sessions

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

For optimal results, a course of 6 or 10 sessions is recommended, depending on your requirements, spaced over 5 weeks. Many clients notice improvements after their first taster session, with full results developing over the following weeks.
